A Career Path That Fits

Career Coaching Program

Ready for a career change but unsure how to find the right career?
Looking for deeper meaning and passion in your work?

We can help you find a career path
that you will love and be successful in.
Overview
This program will take you from not knowing what to do next to moving forward in on a new career path. Typically completed in about three months, the program follows a proven six-step process that blends self-discovery, contemporary assessments, and job search strategies.

Who Is It For?
People of all ages and professional backgrounds from artists to attorneys have found meaningful work through this program. The common theme is the desire to find meaningful career path that feels natural. If you are questioning your current career path and wondering what else you could be doing, this is right program for you.

Program Goals
We have three goals for anyone that participates in this program:
1. You find a career path that fits.
2. You complete the transition into your chosen career.
3. You learn about yourself and develop your potential for success in
anything that you choose to do.

Our Philosophy
We believe that everyone has unique career path that maximizes their potential for happiness and success. Finding this path and living it enables a person to express their natural gifts, thereby creating unparalleled value for themselves and others.

Our approach is to first discover who you are and what you want and then find a career that is in alignment, instead of finding a career that sounds good and then attempting to compromise yourself to make it work.

While this program is focused on finding a career, we place huge importance on personal growth and self-discovery. We want this work to be transformational not just successful.
“Every individual in the world has a unique contribution.”
