PLEASE NOTE: There is no career coaching group currently scheduled to begin anytime soon. If you are interested in participating in a group, please send us an email and we will contact you when the next group takes shape. Until then, we have some great coaches that are available to work with you one-on-one.

Overview

Our career coaching process has helped hundreds of people find the right career path. This group program follows the same proven career coaching process (see description below) used in individual sessions but in a small group format. This program will take you from not knowing what to do next to moving forward on a career path that fits you in four months.

Group Format

• The group meets three times per month by phone for four months for a total of 12 sessions.
• Each call is packed with content delivered in short lectures, group exercises and live coaching demonstrations.
• Homework exercises are always given for you to complete between calls to maximize the value of this program.
• All calls will be 1.5 hours long and will take place on a week night from 6:30 – 8pm.
• All calls will be recorded and made available for anyone that cannot attend the live call.
• An online network and discussion forum supports the group and gives participants a place to stay connected in between the group coaching calls.

What are the advantages of a group program?

1. The biggest advantage of a group program is that you get to be inspired and supported by a like-minded community of people going through the same challenges as you are. You don't have to go through this process alone.
   
2. You also save money. The group coaching program is the most affordable way to find a career path that fits you.
   

Who Is It For?

People of all ages and professional backgrounds have found meaningful work through the Career Path That Fits program. The common theme among people attracted to this program is the desire to find meaningful work that feels natural and fits who they are. If you are questioning your current career path and wondering what else you could be doing, this is right program for you.

Program Cost

There are two levels of participation in the group program:
Level 1

• This level of participation in the group includes all group sessions, all homework assignments, and full access to the online group community. This level does not include any individual (1:1) sessions with Adrian.
  
• $250 per month paid in monthly installments or $795 paid up front for all four months (12 group coaching sessions).
  

Level 2

• This level of participation in the group includes all everything in Level 1 in addition to three 50 minute individual (1:1) coaching sessions with Adrian (1 session per month of the program)
  
• $375 per month paid in monthly installments or $1395 paid up front for all four months (12 group coaching sessions).

Coaching Process/Methodology

What makes our career coaching process so effective? Our unique coaching process works by helping you:

1. Discover your inner compass. Your inner career compass is comprised of your values, innate strengths, personality type, passions and purpose. These are the key parts of who you are that we can use to illuminate your path.
2. Identify specific careers that are a good fit for you through career assessments and other more creative career exploration methods.
3. Assess which career is most in alignment with who you are by utilizing your inner compass and our career evaluation tools.
4. Overcome the inevitable doubts and fears associated with making a career change, and reconnect to your confidence.
5. Create a transition plan to move you forward on your new career path.
