Our coaching programs focus on aligning the team behind a shared vision, improving the performance of individual team members and, and building a positive and empowering team culture. We work with the team to co-create accountability systems that team members willingly adopt and utilize long after the conclusion of coaching.

What We Offer

We offer a blend of life and career coaching, presented to college students in a two-day workshop format. Instead of feeling lost in the college experience and disconnected from their studies, participants walk away from our workshops confident in themselves, re-engaged in college life, and passionate about their path.

Why

In our work with coaching adults, we have seen that as people get older it becomes more and more challenging for them to shift into a life and career that is aligned with a deeper sense of purpose. Almost everyone over thirty years old that we guide through a career/life change says something to the effect of, "I wish that I could have gone through your process when I was in college."

We want to get young people excited about their lives and moving forward on a path with passion and purpose, not toward a disengaged life of regrets. We believe that helping young people discover who they are and find a path that fits will help create a better world for all of us to enjoy.

How It Works

Young adults benefit greatly from being in a supportive group of their peers that have come together for a common purpose. Our workshops create this experience and guide students through a process of applied self-discovery that emphasizes values alignment and life purpose discovery. Values and life purpose create a foundation that students can use to make meaningful choices that are aligned with who they are and what is important.
